Market visit bike tour  starts from City Bike Tallinn office (Vene 33, Tallinn, Estonia)

After meet-up at the City Bike shop we choose the bikes and cycle out from the old town. This tour will show you the artistic side of the city! Kalamaja living area is known for charming wooden houses, cozy small bars and of course the Market and Telliskivi creative city. Near the seaside is Kalarand (fish beach) what still have bit soviet architecture and needs some rebuilding, but it is locals favorite place to hang out and enjoy the sunsets. Near the harbor we visit Linnahall, Patarei prison and Seaplane harbor. Our tour continues to Kalamaja park and the streets of this beautiful living area. 

 

After cycling through Kalamaja we and up at Telliskivi creative city. Telliskivi ( a brick) is a bundle of old brick factory houses witch are repainted and renovated to small design shops, bars and restaurants. You can say that creative city is soon the new old town, at least it attracts lot of tourists, and locals often choose Telliskivi instead of busy old town area to hang out and enjoy lunch. We will cruise through creative city and our last destination before food tasting is the market.

Balti jaama turg (Baltic railway station market) is most popular one in the center. Freshly renovated big old station rooms are well known of fresh food and interesting market stuff! You can find good street food, local vegetables and very cool antiques from top floor. We will make stop there and wonder around in the market, pick some fresh stuff before going to eat. 

After market visit we ride back to old town and hang out in KAMA KAMA studio. We make use some fresh stuff from the market and make some good local food! Its also possible to make a beer tasting next to the food (not included in the price).
